Paper collage made from a wide variety of coloured papers. Each piece was measured and cut to fit it's slot.
This piece is part of a personal paper collage project I worked on during last Summer. I would love to say the project was inspired by the patterns in nature, or fairgrounds, but it wasn't. It was inspired by my own obsessional need to cut and stick paper into various patterns and shapes. It made my eyes cross and blur and my head feel like it was out at sea, but I loved doing it and for a while I would only stop for the occassional meal or nap.
Digital print 13 x 13 cm on A3
Will be packaged in a wide poster tube.
